5. (15 points) A manufacturer needs to deliver 25 boxes of soap to each of its customers located in Baguio, Cebu and CDO. (To be clear, total demand for the three customers is 75 boxes of soap). The manufacturer currently has an inventory of 40 boxes of soap in each of its warehouses located in Clark and Davao. (To be clear, total supply from the two warehouses is 80 boxes of soap) Transportation charges in pesos per box of soap are given in the table below. Formulate a linear program that will minimize transportation cost and still satisfy the demand of all three customers. Note that shipments do not need to be sent directly, this means that shipments through an intermediary point (like Cebu) are allowed if the transport service is available.
