In this assignment you will create a service blueprint for a fictional company. To create a blueprint, you need to lay out the process the customer follows to use the service, and the support processes enabling that. Then you need to show the location of potential fail points and excessive wait times. Be sure to include all elements of the blueprint. Your should use PowerPoint to draw your blueprint. There is an example blueprint provided for a different kind of service ("Kendo Spa"). Be sure to follow that example closely. Your blueprint should look very similar (although the content will be different). The fictional company for your blueprint is called Diets to You. Attached you will find a write-up about the business scenario for this company. As you read, ask yourself what the steps are that the customer must take to use this service; and what the support process are within the company in order to enable that. To be clear, you are creating a diagram not writing an essay. You do not need to be an artist - you are simply drawing lines and boxes with labels. Your subject is a fictional business so there's no background information to look up. Simply focus on the process steps, making logical inferences about what needs to happen. This assignment is worth 5 marks of your final grade. At the end of this assignment you will find a "tip sheet" outlining all of the areas where students sometimes have difficulties.
