1. Pick an example network (e.g. your social network, a social network of characters in a TV show or book, a food web, a supply chain, etc.) with at least 12 nodes.
2. Draw your network. (You might want to do this by hand, then embed a photo of your network in your Word document.)
3. What is the diameter of your network?
4. What is the average degree of your network?
5. Repeat questions 1-4 using a second example network.
6. (extra credit opportunity: double points for accurately completing this assignment for networks with 24 or more nodes each.
