You were able to implement the personnel file system. Now the company says they need an employee handbook and they want you to lead up the project! This is your chance to show off your KSA's and really show your stuff. Please use the resources in the Module Resources folder and you can always search on the internet as well and provide the following:
Define what an employee handbook is and why it is important, define it's purpose, etc. This should be a full paragraph and not just a sentence or two.
Provide an outline of a rough draft for the employee handbook there are numerous examples on the internet and briefly explain each item and why it should be include in the outline.

F Drug and Alcohol Use Policy
Employees should report to work fit for duty and not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
This policy is important to the safety of all employees within the organization
Question should be no shorter than half of a page. Use citations and references to assist you! You do not have to reinvent the wheel. Take advantage of what the Internet has to offer.
Question should be at least two full pages. There is so much that goes into an employee handbook. I am not asking you to write the policies, just list them, define them, and why they are important.
