Use ERM Project file provided.

You have only $8$ design engineers to finish the work. $($Resource Constraint$).$

Develop a Resource constraint schedule by leveling the slack. Use Leveling tool in MS Project. This may not solve all allocation problems and you may want to use scheduling heuristics and level outside of the slack.

Record the Early Start, late Finish, and Slack for the new schedule.

Each Engineer cost is $$125$ per hour. Plug in the rate and set up baseline budget for the new schedule.

You need to submit MS Project file with updated schedule with all allocation concerns solved and total baseline budget.

Also Provide your synopsis on how you slack changed for each activity. Has the risk of being late is changed? How?
