Post:The company is growing rapidly but isn't getting the skilled applicants they need to fill positions to keep up with the demand. The company needs a better way to attract and hire people for these positions. The first thing I would do is look at the staffing and see what positions we need to fill. I would create a job analysis for every position available. For the managerial positions, I would use a competency-based analysis to see how the applicant will use their skills. For the lower level positions, I would use a task-based analysis to show the duties of the job. Then I would build the job description. I would start a bidding process internally for high positions because the people on the inside already know the company and it's values so they will be able to assist any new members accordingly. This will help keep training cost down so we can focus on training lower level members. The lower level positions will be sent out to the public
