NMR spectra for unknown compound will be provided to you (this may include 1H,13C, and DEPT spectra, depending on what is assigned by the instructor). Interpret the NMR spectra and identify the structure of the unknown. For the 'H NMR spectrum, prepare a table with chemical shifts, integrations, peak assignments, etc., as shown in the lab manual introductory material. Be sure to include a structure of the compound with your table, and make sure that you have clearly indicated which peak belongs to each proton/set of equivalent protons in the structure. If the 13CNMR spectrum is provided, prepare a similar table of chemical shift and peak assignments. Attach the printouts of the NMR spectra to your report.
