For the purpose of this case, assume the following:
- Project begins March 18, 2020.
- The only holidays observed in a calendar year are weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Special holidays, such as Christmas Day and New Years Day, are not included.
- The project team works 8-hour days, Monday through Friday.
- No overtime is allowed. Work shift is only from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break included).
- Budget for resources other than manpower (e.g.: supplies, equipment, inventory, electricity) are all provided for. There is a separate budget for commercial production and distribution of the product after the completion of Golden Zumabike prototyping project.
