Directions: Your first report should display trouble tickets by user. Include the following information: Department Name, Ticket Submitted, Ticket Resolved, and Ticket Status. Set Department Name as the main grouping and sort the data by the order of when the tickets were submitted.
The second report will add summaries to this one. Use the Group and Totals options to create a report that will display a count of the tickets that each Department submits. Because the Ticket Submitted field always contains a value, use this field as the means of counting. Count Record options have been built into the database that will create this for you. This report needs a formatting upgrade. Modify the column headings to make sense to a reader who isnt familiar with them. Finally, create a copy of your work to this point to make certain your professor can see it.
