Offer a Power-Point presentation discussing a SWOT analysis between two rivals in relation to: 1) Conduct a SWOT analysis of Patient Education and access to technologies such as the Patient Portal, Medication Reconciliation/Education Gaps in the Community, and what the rival provides. 2) Specify what sort of institution (hospital, clinic, home health agency, hospice agency, long-term care institution, etc.). 3) Identify both rivals in addition to your chosen institution.  Differentiate services provided under Community Education and Technology Access. Therefore, when you've decided on an institution, one will prefer to compare/contrast it alongside the two other ones.  Should you choose a medical facility, compare it to others of the exact same form. Recognize socioeconomic gaps. (Use the SWOT Analysis you provided to compare and contrast services offer to a pair of distinct medical facilities and your chosen institution).
