Instructions:

Using second part of planning tool, design the training lesson. First (e) identify what the trainee would need to do ahead of time, if anything, to prepare for the training; second (f) explain what you as the trainer would need to do to prepare for the training; then (g) explain exactly what you would do in each step of the 5-step cycle to conduct the training (NOTE: this represents both what you would say the instructional content and what you and/or the trainee would do the instructional activities). IMPORTANT NOTE: Explaining these steps requires some detail, for example, saying Demonstrate how to do the task for cycle-step 2 provides no detail.
