You are required to do the following: Assignment Specification You are tasked to conduct a research to analyse the root cause of this challenges ergonomically and their impact on organisational performance in any sector of your choice. 1) Assess a situation and identify a problem for a company of choice, analyse this problem and come up with a problem statement which concisely and clearly states the problem(s). 2) Analyse the importance of ergonomics in the organisation's production system/ service sector. 3) Examine the reasons for the related problems faced by the organisation; 4) Determine the solutions available to solve this problem and determine what tools/ techniques one can use to solve the problem in the said organization.
