Part 1: Organization, Needs Analysis, Training design, methods of training, transfer of training & Training evaluation.
The first step in developing your Training and Development plan is to ensure that you fully understand your organization, what diversity is and run a diagnostic and a needs analysis. As such, part 1 of this project is to utilize content from Chapter 1& 2 to conduct a needs analysis.
Submissions must include the following:
- Organizational Overview:
- Include a description of your fictional organization. Be creative! You know that you are a small retail organization located in an urban setting but what do you sell? What is your companys name? What makes your organization unique? When you write this section of your paper think of it like the About Us section of a companys website.
- Needs Analysis:
- Conduct a needs analysis by selecting the three sources of needs analysis to help you identify what you need to design this training and delivering it successfully. Make sure to include the different stages in needs analysis and the reasons they are important for your organization training.
- If you are using the text, PowerPoint or any other research You must cite (in APA format)
- Training Design:
- Using the information gathered from your need analysis you must use your lecture/text content to describe how you are going to design your training, some of the activities, what would be your training objectives, what are the 4 elements as part of your training objectives, what would be your training content, methods, error management instructions and what other factors would impact your training design.
- Training methods (off/on the job, utilize technology):
- Describe the different training methods you will use to deliver the training properly (it is not sufficient to say, for example, the internet what is the specific about your training on the internet?). Include your rationale for selecting these methods. Why do you believe that these methods will help you to deliver the training successfully, less costly and with ultimate positive results?
- Remember, you are a small organization - your training design, methods and cost must be budget appropriate.
- Transfer of training, training evaluation, cost benefit
- What does transfer of training in your project.
- Compare and contrast how each of following would impact your training: positive, negative, zero, far, near, horizontal, and vertical transfer (Please do not define them)
- Explain the major barriers to transfer of training, when they occur, and who is responsible for them in your training
- What analysis would you chose to justify the value of your training to the executive. (No need to show any types of calculations)
Note: Please do not define or explain any of the training processes, activities, methods, headingare, but rather explain how their relevancy to your training, how they can be utilized & why you think they are the best for your training.
It is a Project so please answers all these questions. As there is five questions so according to your terms explain it in five answers and cut my remaining questions If i post 5 different questions so the information will be different but it is project so all answers need in one topic information.
