PART A Conduct GAPS Analysis which identifies and determines the following:

1) Goals: Identify your career goals (at least 7 goals)

2) Abilities: Identify your strengths and development needs to the career goals.

3) Perceptions: determines how your peers/colleagues perceive your behaviour at work/school.

4) Standard Analysis: using SWOT analysis, demonstrate your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to your career goal.

Create a personal development plan and, Populate the fields considering the results (INFJ) personality type from both OCEAN Assessment and GAP Analysis
