is currently writing them up this week. Also, this policy only applies to all
college employees, faculty.........and
Board member and students too.

Brown
interrupts and says, Dont forget to describe bullying and harassment in your
email. You can say that it is a form of unwelcome verbal and physical behavior that
causes discomfort, offence or i
nsecurity. Please provide 4 examples of bullying and
harassment. Okay? Jim Hopper from the Counselling department has suggested that
we give clear examples so the employee will understand better and can relate to the
examples.
You say, What is not considered bullying or harassment?

says, When a person respectfully engage in honest difference of opinion is
good. You must say this as Will Byers
from the Engineering department will mention

says, Good idea. Also, if an employee faces bullying or harassment, the
employee needs to file a written complaint.
The complaint goes to the Dean who will
decide whether this policy has been violated. If the Dean deems it to be valid, there will
be an investigation to commence immediately. Before I forget, the complainant has
three months of the date of the conduct gi
ving rise to the complaint.

says, Let me see it before you send it out to staff and faculty. I have a break in
my Board of directors meeting in two hours. See me then.
