Part Three: Establish Your Approach to Performance Management In this part of the project, you will define performance management practices and behaviors that will help you to assure performance standards are being met. In order to satisfy this part of the project, you must identify and describe at least three practices that you intend to incorporate into your performance management repertoire. These practices could be new practices you are planning to try, or they could be adaptations of current management practices. Focus on practices related to metrics, monitoring, and communication. Step 1: In the left column of the table below, describe the practice. Step 2: In the middle column, describe how you will implement the practice in your setting. Note whether it is a new practice, a replacement for an existing practice, or an adaptation of a current practice. Step 3: In the right column, indicate whether the practice involves metrics, monitoring, formal communication, and/or informal communication. You may select more than one practice type
