2) Before any training is developed, a training needs assessment must be conducted as an HR manager or trainer. How would you conduct a training needs assessment for a group of entry-level workers in a company (e.g., a fast food restaurant) as per the chapter?

3) Your training needs assessment has determined there is a need for training. Based on these needs, you set your objectives and priorities in place. Now you must consider the training design and delivery. What elements should you consider in the training deign and delivery?

4) Finally, you should consider how to evaluate the effectiveness of your training. How would you evaluate this effectiveness as per the chapter?
