PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING RE: The Organizational Plan:
1. Defining your Executive Management team with short Bio's - each organization has their executive management team. It can be one person, if the business is a service run by one person, or it can have a full management team with a President and then Vice President's including a Vice President of Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Technology, Operations, etc., or if the organization is a C Corporation then they will have the chief officers hence CEO, CFO, CMO, CTO, etc.
2. An organizational behavior flow chart will then be developed to show the executive management team and who they manage. This organization chart will include all current employees of the organization and anticipated employees needed for the three year projection. All anticipated employees will be titled as such and it will be stated at what date you expect to be hiring them.
3. Any person or agency who will be outsourced will be included in the organizational chart as well. It will be stated this role will be outsourced. The role will properly be placed under the appropriate management as this is needed because that manager will be responsible for the outsourced person or agency.
3. Salary cost will be assigned to each person or agency in the organizational chart.
