CLASSMATE POST:

An example of an event such as an annual school function where a sponsor such as Chick Fil A would be a beneficial event sponsor for not only the school but for the advertiser. The advertiser would provide support such as financial, and catering for the school event. Chick fil A is a local restaurant that is quite popular among the students at the college. Chick Fil A will view the students at the function as potential future customers and will use the school function as a way to advertise as well as promote their buisness. They could use this as an opportunity to give out coupons or even gift cards that will incentivize the students to go to their restaurant and purchase more food. They will end up using the discount or the gift cards but this will get them in the door and possibly purchase more items than just what the coupons would cover.
