Around the age of 2 years old, Bianca was diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome. Her parents expressed great concern about her long-term development and frequently argued blaming the other as responsible for Bianca's genetically-based intellectual abnormality and behaviors. However, both of Bianca's parents are accomplished musicians and were pleasantly and unexpectedly suprised to see Bianca gravitate toward music. By age 4, they were able to enroll Bianca into piano lessons. By age 10, she was accompanying the school choir. At age 14, she asked to attend a special music high school.
