Conways Game of Life

This project requires you to implement Conways famous Game of Life, a zero player game. To read more about this, please visit the following link:

In the game of life, you have a grid where each space is either alive or dead. The initial states of alive and dead are set by the user. Then, the game continues via the following rules:

1. Any live cell with fewer than two live neighbors dies, as if caused by underpopulation.

2. Any live cell with two or three live neighbors lives on to the next generation.

3. Any live cell with more than three live neighbors dies, as if by overpopulation.

4. Any dead cell with exactly three live neighbors becomes a live cell, as if by reproduction.

And will continue going until there are no live cells. Sometimes, this does not happen, and the game continues indefinitely! It all depends on the initial state. The project will have the following deliverable levels:

C: You implement Conways Game of Life in at least a 10x10 matrix in MATLAB. This does not require a visualization, but you should be able to look at the matrix after iterations to see how it is evolving. You should be able to give your program any 10x10 matrix to play the game.

B: You implement some kind of visualization of the game of life.

A: You have a GUI that allows the user to define initial conditions, then displays the result of those conditions.
