You will prepare a short report to convince your (hypothetical or real) manager/HR representative to take a particular action to solve a problem, the reward system is not doing a very good job to motivate employees. The report should include a review of the topic in detail.
Below is a rough template for the actual presentation but before you begin, start by providing the context of your presentation- who are you, where do you work, who are addressing this to, what is the issue, and why you are focusing on this issue.
Background/context- Explain who you are addressing ______ (name), ______ (designation) working in ___________(organization) as well as any other information that will help us understand what the problem is and what are some key contextual factors surrounding this issue.
