This is the topic I made:

The Negative Impact of Philippine HMO's on the Professional Autonomy and Financial Well Being of Medical Specialists

Negative Impact includes:

-Very Low Rates given by HMO companies

-Delayed payment usually taking 6 mos or not being paid at all due to paperwork, approval, and flaws in the HMO,s reimbursement system

-Loss of Professional autonomy due to limited approval of procedures and work ups

I need help in restructuring my research proposal title if there's room for improvement to consider problems related to the 4 functions of business namely; (Finance, Marketing, Production, and HR) I am planning a descriptive research study since there is no local research study was ever made.
