Both companies share a commitment to quality, innovation and employee empowerment. The difference lies in the industries and principlesToyota in manufacturing and efficiency and Starbucks in service and experience. Personally, I would choose to work at Starbucks due to their dynamiccustomer$-$oriented atmosphere. Toyota seems to have more of a structured, process$-$oriented environment.
