When I was watching both of the videos learned different things about leadership they both took a different approach to the topic. Durin the Toyota way video picked up on the fact that they like to add groups of people on their team and instead of making the go through workshops or what not they instead they decide to develop their team by adding value to them. While watching the Starbucks video I don't very much about leadership. I see hoe someone could look up to him as he has an amazing story and went from little to nothing to very rich and successful now. I think that the two videos are different because Starbucks and Toyota are very different views on leadership but both a successful and have great team representing them. I would probably choose to work for Starbucks because the benefits are very good compared to what I$\text{'}$m used to
