After watching these videos, I have come to realize the indispensable value of confidence for those who aspire to be successful leaders. Toyota's strict adherence to their $14$ principles is a testament to their unwavering belief in their tried$-$and$-$tested formula for successOn the other hand, Howard Schultz's unshakable confidence in his vision for Starbucks enabled him to persist despite facing countless rejections. These two companies share a common thread of possessing traits such as courage, confidence, and an unwavering focus on building and maintaining a successful business. Based off of the videos, it appears that Toyota embodies a more structured approach to success compared to Starbucks. PersonallyI would prefer to be employed with Starbucks because I am more knowledgeable in the products they sell.
