Can any Chegg Expert please help me with this question? I really need it, thank you in advance! Play Bricks is a classic American toy made from reinforced cardboard. A 24" square of cardboard is cut from a large 4 x 4 cardboard sheet, trimmed and scored (to be folded later by the customer), and coated with two ounces of wax to become the back panel of a block. A front panel is produced by painting the back panel with 2ounces of brick-colored paint. The front and back panels are pressure glued together to make one complete (but unassembled) brick. Typically, 2 ounces of glue is used per brick. Twenty unassembled bricks are packaged to a box. The wax, glue and paint are purchased in gallon containers and take about 2 days to get from the supplier. The box is special ordered with a lead time of 5 days. All other processes require a one day lead time. Construct a product structure diagram for Play Bricks. Assuming no stock on hand, plan the plan order release (purchase and work orders) necessary to produce a standard lot size of 50 boxes of Play Bricks by period 7. Your solution should be based on constructing the Bill of Material and subsequently to fill in the MRP matrix given for each items.

*1 gallon = 128 ounces

** Since the back panel appears at two different levels of the product structure, assign the lowest number as its LLC

*** Lot size: LFL for all items EXCEPT for the Play Bricks, Glue, Wax & Paint
