To continue the fractal, each of the 8 remaining pieces is itself divided into thirds horizontally and vertically, and the middle piece of each of those pieces is removed (shown in upper right). The fractal can be continued in this pattern indefinitely. A. Say your antenna is 24mm x 36 mm in size. How many cycles of cutting will be necessary to get holes that have a dimension (either length or width) close to 0.5 mm? B.
