The two training delivery methods Im going to be comparing is asynchronous and blended. Asynchronous is another strand of e-learning but its where student do not communicate at the same time they only communicate when they are available to also asynchronous is mainly used when there are a lot of students in different time zones. Blended is a strand of e- learning that basically take all the learning that has been shared in class and flip it to an online class. Some advantages of asynchronous is that you can interact with others anytime you get ready and you can work independently if you want to and you can turn your work in anytime. Some disadvantages of asynchronous is that with you being able to interact anytime you want to can cause problems because someone can ask an important question or have a important problem and with you being able to interact anytime then you may answer their question too late. Some advantages of blended is that all your stuff Is online so you do not have to worry about dealing with others and you can stay at home and still get your work done. Some disadvantages of blended is that with all your work being online you will get lazy and you wont feel like doing your work then your grades will start to drop then you will eventually drop out.
