Two of your strategies will be to maximize productivity of your front of the house staff at the restaurant in order to increase GCA and profit/seat without increase the numbers of overtime paid to staff and the second strategy will be to increase the productivity of your sales team at the hotel in order to increase the occupancy percentage, market share and the RevPAR as well. Using the above ways to influence the behavior of your team members in both cases, explain your approach in each to address the issue at hand.
