The Problem

You are the Vice President of Watchflix, which provides movie-streaming services (like Netflix). In the last quarter, your company lost about 10% (500) of your customers. You found that customers cancelled their subscriptions because they were unhappy with your customer service team.

Your Task

The President is eager to fix this problem so she asks you to write a report with 2 recommendations. Using the guidelines taught in our class, please write a 1-1.5 page report that includes the following sections. You dont need to include a Conclusion paragraph at the end.
