Question: Procedure Construct the circuit in Figure 2 using the resistor values given and connect R L ( 1 K ) to the load. Measure V

Procedure
Construct the circuit in Figure 2 using the resistor values given and connect RL(1K) to the load. Measure VRL and calculate the power dissipated on RL
To find VTH, measure open-circuit voltage at terminals a-b of the circuit.
To find RTH deactivate the voltage source and measure the resistance at port ab.
Activate the source, and measure the short circuit current at part a-b and use it for calculating RTH again. Compare the results of steps 3 and 4.
Construct the Thevenin equivalent circuit with the values you obtained. Connect RL(1K) to this circuit and measure Vab again. Compare the result with the one you obtained in step 1. Calculate the power dissipated in RL.
Replace RL with RTH you have found. Measure Vab and calculate the power again.
Comment on the results considering maximum power transfer.
Be careful about units. Forgotten units will not be graded!Circuit
R1=1K
R2=1.8K
R3=330
R4=1.8K
R5=1K
R6=680
RL=1K
