Produce a logical framework (logframe) for the program you proposed to evaluate. (The program I proposed is center based employment with an organization called Rise https://rise.org/rise-programs/center-based-employement/)

This is a table with at least three columns. Please see slides 29-30 of Lecture 13

2. Be able to discuss these measures and their data sources. The context of your discussion is: if you are monitoring your programs inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes, what measures will you use to indicate that the program:

• has sufficient level of inputs (e.g., Is the program adequately staffed?)
• has implemented critical activities or processes (e.g., What indicator will tell you that target clientele is aware of the program. The assumption here is that marketing or outreach is a critical activity.)
• is producing its intended outputs, outcomes, and impacts.

3. Plan to use approximately 3-5 double-spaced pages (logframe + text).
