Produce a Presentation which defines a complex problem you have identified in the workplace (discuss and agree a problem with your lecturer). Your presentation should include:

A discussion on the nature and impact (actual and potential) of the complex problem at your workplace A research-informed cause-and-effect (Root Cause Analysis, RCA) of the complex problem. An analysis of the chosen organisation or industry facing the problem using SWOT or PESTEL. An evaluation of independently proposed alternative solutions to the complex problem with an aim of choosing the most appropriate solution among alternatives.
