Project description: conduct a research study that examines how people learn and develop throughout life. bring in the biological, psychological, emotional, cultural, socio-economic, and political elements as these interact to influence the pathways of growth and development of each individual student. tie these elements to contemporary educational theory, practice, research, and policy, so as to examine their compatibility, or lack thereof, with how people learn and develop, as well as with the role that education plays in society. provide examples from the local public educational environment that is, chicago and missouri. finally, reflect on your own development and learning in school settings and identify education approaches well-matched with your own learning characteristics.
