Phase 2: Project Planning Create a detailed project plan, including a work breakdown structure (WBS) and project schedule using a project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project or similar tools). Allocate project resources (team members) and define their roles and responsibilities. Develop a risk management plan, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies. Phase 3: Project Execution Phase 4: Project Monitoring and Control Begin the execution of the project according to the project plan. Hold regular team meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and make necessary adjustments. Phase 5: Project Closure Continuously monitor project performance against the project plan.
