3) Indicate a current operations management challenge or opportunity that the company and its product or service faces. Explain why? Your team should conduct detailed research using various resources such as: journals, magazines, newspaper articles, books, telephone interviews, internet, etc. (Refer to chapter 1)

4) Analyze the level of productivity at the company, along with the productivity variables. How can the company improve its level of productivity? Explain thoroughly. (Refer to chapter 1)

5) Conduct research on the quality of the company's product or service your team has selected. Which tool(s) of total quality management (TQM) would you employ to help improve the product or service's level of quality? Why? (Refer to chapter 6)

6) Of the four process strategies learned, which one would you recommend the company to implement? Why? Ensure that your team elaborate and include cited facts, information and research (Refer to chapter 7)

7) After conducting research and analyzing the operations management of the company, product or service, determine what type of layout your team recommends the company to implement keeping the product or service in mind. Provide a labelled sketch or computerized drawing of the layout that your team is recommending. After reviewing a visual of the layout, did your team change anything? Please elaborate (Refer to chapter 9)

8) As Operations Management consultants, what recommendations would your team provide to the company (client) on managing bottlenecks, constraints and balancing capacity effectively? Explain why? (Refer to chapter 7 supplement and chapter 16)
