If you chose the WakeMed case: Write a 2- to 3-page paper responding to the following questions. Format the paper according to General APA Guidelines.

How did WakeMed's training strategies align with its overall mission as a large not-for-profit healthcare system?

Given the urgency of the situation and its diverse group of employees and community affiliates, what factors contributed to WakeMeds successful training program? How did the training department design for different types of competencies? Describe the different types of training they provided for different competencies. Do you believe these were the most appropriate trainings for each of the competencies? Justify your answer.

What were the major training challenges associated with WakeMeds response to the Ebola crisis? How were these addressed? What risks might they have encountered with their training program?
