1In terms of how our group is approaching the process of decision-making, I feel like each week thus far we have let the leader of the week make the final say. We also tend to just go with what everyone agrees would be the more efficient and profitable route. For instance, when we were choosing which business we should tackle, we had all done our research and decided which company would best suit all the criteria we had to complete for the business plan. Another aspect that really helps with making quick decisions is our weekly video call meetings, we are able to read one another and confirm we are all on the same page about a matter. I think our process of decision-making is working thus far, I think the thing that helps is that we all have the same goal in mind. We want to do everything as efficiently and ideally as we can. It is rare to find yourself in a group where everyone is trying to work hard towards one goal, however, I feel like our group is fired up together to reach the same goal. I believe another key thing that our group has been doing is constant communication. Whether we are working on something for the project or researching, we are constantly keeping each other updated. The constant communication serves as a reminder of our goal and a reminder to get to work. I am definitely very happy to be in the group I am in and am excited to see where this journey takes us.

So far decision making methods in our group is extremely an important factor that help us to outperform individuals on decision-making tasks is the type of interdependence that we have. All together, in our group we have come together to share the Project in google docs which is whoever can share any research and idea. For example, my group does a very great job with list the market analysis summary in very much details so far we can following along in order to get the project layout as a whole.

In a consensus of our group, we have learned from each other with respect for the idea that we are sharing in the google docs. For example, all in my group is very open mind and suggestion any idea to change as well as the business project was large and would take a full semester to completed. We are pretty much agree on had to split up the amount of work equally to each person as as based on skills. As far as I can see that in our group voting has been taking place on the though of doing all the work alone was daunting in terms of the required time and labor. In our group, we are able to delegate assignments and work together on text messages and meeting online to achieve a professional result for our project indicated that the best option for us was to work together. At last, the group's work produced different results and views that we can work along together and it has been working well so far. Thanks to the group.
