The things I found easy about being a team leader is the communication. Each one of our group team members does an outstanding job of communicating during our team project. We all pitch in to take our share of the assignments, help check each others work for errors, and decide which direction our business plan will go. We meet once a week on Zoom, talk about what is coming up, and then we plan the upcoming week. We then post our assignment on Google Doc to correct and then we all turn in the assignment on Sunday/Monday. The other really great thing about our group is that we take the portion of the assignments that we have a strength in. Everyone is willing to step up and help the other team members. I feel very fortunate to have been assigned to this group since they are very vested in this course. We all want to finish this course strong.

The hardest part of the group is that we all have different time schedules and sometimes it takes awhile before we get everyones opinions. This last week, the assignment took me a longer time to complete than normal which was difficult since I knew the team was counting on me to complete it in the timeframe. It wasnt late but we try to complete the first part of the assignment by Wednesday to have enough time to check for errors and then finalize the assignment for all of us to hand in. There is much more positive with our team than negative.

My experience functioning as the group leader went well. The two things I found easy with my group was our communication and supporting each other for the week. Being a leader for that week you in charge of like explaining and making sure you get all the stuff done for that week. My experience being a leader went well because my team we do a great job of assigning the tasks that's due for that week. My teammates are always there to support eachother whenever we need help or have questions about anything. The other thing about my group that we do really well that stood out to me was our communication. My group communicates extremly well with each other. Our communication is super strong and benefits the whole group, having great communication makes it easier for everyone in the group. My group we do a zoom meeting these meetings, these meetings are great because it clarifies which task everyone is going to bedoing for the upcoming week. The hard part about being a group leader I think was just waiting for everyone to get done with thier individual assingment. For the project you have to wait for each member to turn in there stuff then edit it, before submitting it. Other than that there was no difficulty to be a group leader my group did a really good job backing me up and supporting me.
