Required:
a.i) Prepare the project by means of a network diagram
ii)Show the earliest and latest times for each activity
iii)Determine the critical path and minimum completion time of the project.
b.) Calculate the total floats for each activity and explain how they can be of use when allocating resources.
c.) Due to a strike the labour force on five activities G, H, I, J, K cannot be utilised. However, the non-unionised labour which is used for activities A and B can also be used on these five activities without affecting activity durations.
