Use the models$/$matrices$/$theories in strategic management to support your case. $(6$ marks$)$

Based on your analysis, COMMENT on the strategies undertaken by the organization and suggest NEW STRATEGIES or COMPETENCIES that the organization should adopt to remain competitive. $(6$ marks$)$
