Read the case study, That's Not What I Said. Once you become familiar with the case, take notes about the issues that need attention. You will then analyze the case study following a set of questions provided for you. Your analysis should be between 200-300 words, in question and answer format, using proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

To format questions and answers, begin by typing the corresponding number followed by a period to state the question. Separate the answer from the question by beginning a new line underneath the question or by incorporating the question into your response. Be sure to answer each question in 4-6 sentences that are fully developed using proper syntax.

When formulating your response, consider the following questions:

1. Which group members were demonstrating listening? Which ones were only hearing what other members were saying?
2. Which members displayed poor listening habits?
3. To what extent did members effectively hear, understand, remember, interpret, evaluate, and response to one anothers statements and questions?
4. Which members demonstrated good listening skills?
5. How can group members develop effective listening skills?
