In Packet Tracer, configure a static IPv$4$ ip address, subnet mask, and gateway address for PC$1$ and PC$2.$ Click on each PC$,$ then desktop, IP Configuration, enter the ip addresses, subnet mask, gateway address.

On Router$1,$ click on it and then select config, then under Routing, click on Static.
