rewrite: The management support was there from some managers, but not all. There were many instances where my coworkers would bring items to me for export and I would try to bring in management to support me denying wanting to export an item. Occasionally they would support me, but more often than not, they would ask me to a meeting where I was ultimately bullied into shipping anyway. There were many times I requested to implement policies and training for myself and my coworkers and this was met with enthusiasm from those who cared about our integrity, but most of the time management would use something they found from a website that was not government regulations to ship
