| Scenario You are a Sales Team Leader at Bounce Fitness and your team has been under performing in the last three (3) weeks. You haven't been meeting your targets in terms of subscriptions and new member sign ups. Your boss of two years is demanding that you increase your productivity by 20% in the next 2 weeks or else he will revamp of your team, putting some team members in other teams. |
Working with a group of 3 including yourself, each of you will have 10 minutes to demonstrate your presentation and negotiation skills by performing the following:
- identifying and using a variety of communication styles that will suit your group members
- presenting information in a clear and persuasive manner
- evaluating differences in perspective
- making sure that group members are able to critically examine outcomes based on the information given
- negotiating towards a desired outcome
- confirming and implementing desired outcome using appropriate communication methods
