After evaluating all options, Zena had decided to purchase a new Chrysler. She believed that the car was a good fit with her new image and position in her company. But soon after her purchase, Zena started feeling doubtful about her decision. Then, she saw more advertisements promoting the car's features than she ever noticed before.
