Some of the concerns are as follows the team is not meeting their deadlines, customers are not receiving their goods on time along with packaging issues. As part of your report, provide clarity on Total Quality Management (TQM) outlining the emphasis of the core ideas. Suggest ANY 5 and support your answer with examples. Question 3 (20 Marks) The Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model is unique in that it links business processes, performance metrics, practices, and people skills into a unified structure. Discuss the five core areas of the SCOR model and use a product from your company to show the different stages in the SCOR model.Provide research on the type of products manuctured in the organic beauty industry and choose one as an example to support your answer.
