You are an Organisational Behaviour Specialist. You have been contracted by TechPro Solutions, an IT company based in Cape Town. The Software Development Team within TechPro Solutions has struggled with performance issues over the past year. The team's morale is low and there is conflict, tension as well as a lack of communication and a lack of trust within the team. The CEO of TechPro Solutions has contracted you to assist in improving the cohesiveness and performance of the team.

As your first task you are required to write an email to the TechPro Solutions Management Committee in which you explain how to improve the cohesiveness and performance of the Software Development Team. Include relevant examples, appropriate to the context of TechPro Solutions, in your email.
