Dear Manager,

I am writing in regards to the terrible customer service I had received during my visit to your restaurant.

I had ordered the steak special. The steak was cold and the potatoes were missing. I asked for the potatoes, but they came out so late that I already had finished eating my steak. When I told the server (Seth) this, he rolled his eyes and said that they did the best they could and they were short a cook that night.

I would like a full refund for my meal. Please send send it to 123 Any Lane, Nowhere, CA.
